I’m Dave Adamson, but most people know me as Aussie Dave … and I’ve been on a journey in the world of digital ministry since 2008. Up to then, I was a successful TV sports reporter in Australia, until God called me to move my family to the US to join the staff of a forward-thinking church and become one of the first online pastors in the world. Then in 2013, I became the online and social media pastor for North Point Ministries, one of the largest churches in the US. In 2020, we returned to Australia so I could become the Orange Director for Australia and New Zealand. This role has given me the opportunity to partner with churches around the world to help them develop strategies for online ministry. I also get to work with ministries and non-profits worldwide, helping them develop strategies and system to reaching more people online. What else do I do? Well, in my spare time I lead physical and virtual tours of the Holy Land, research the 1st-century cultural context of Jesus and Hebrew words for my popular daily Instagram devotions and YouTube channel, and work as a travel photographer. I’m also a speaker, content creator, and I’ve written a couple of books including MetaChurch: How To Use Digital Ministry To Reach People And Make Disciples, and the best-selling 52 Hebrew Words Every Christian Should Know.
