Daniela Liccardo is born in Naples in 1968 and - since she was a girl - she stands out for her desire to organize. She begins with the organization of the annual school play at the elementary school, up to the political activity when in high superior school she is one of the representatives of the Institute until the university period, which marks the first step towards the world of organization of events.During her university years, in fact, Daniela collaborates in the organization of the press offices in the local agencies for Giulio Einaudi Editore, the most prestigious Italian publishing house. She collaborates at the organization of the launches of the books, rather than the presentations of the new authors (Giulio Einaudi is an incredible talent scout) up to the open house of the various local offices of the Italian publishing house. The meeting with Giulio Einaudi, the founder of the publishing house that takes its name, is crucial for Daniela's professional growth path, who learns the importance of doing everything with excellence. The cultural climate in Giulio Einaudi Editore is stimulating. It allows Daniela to get in touch with various editorial realities such as some art magazines, for which she begins to write, publishing articles on exhibitions of modern and contemporary art which are her great passion. But soon Daniela goes directly from the articles to the organization of the exhibitions for the art galleries and then also for the National Gallery (Pinacoteca) and the Institution for Historical and Artistic Heritage. In the meantime, she graduates with honors from the University of Bologna and begins her post-graduate internship at the Pecci Museum, the most important Museum of Contemporary Art in Italy. And it is precisely during the internship in Pecci that Daniela get in touch with Andrea Emiliani, awarded with countless international prizes for museography. He takes Daniela under his protective wing and opens the doors to her in a new and exciting world: the organization of museum services. Daniela begins to collaborate with the company that organizes the major international exhibitions for the National Gallery (Pinacoteca), but not only the exhibitions: also the bookshop, merchandising, concerts, conferences. She discovers the liveliness of the event and falls in love with its exciting speed: the event opens and closes within a few days, in which it offers incredibly stimulating moments to all those who took part, be they the creators or the participants. And, on the occasion of a conference that Daniela organizes in the Pinacoteca, takes place the meeting that determines the professional turning point in her life: she meets the owner of one of the most important Italian congress agencies. Daniela begins working on the organization of medical, political, accountant, notary, and industrial congresses. They are very rich years, in during which a lot of money spins and wonderful events can be realized, with fabulous settings and incredible social programs: a dream! As responsible, Daniela coordinates and supervises the work of her other colleagues starting from the one who takes care of the registrations fee, to the one who is dedicated to the suppliers, up to those who take care of the management of the speakers and guests. Daniela directly process the relationship with the customer and the management of the sponsors. And it is precisely the direct relationship with the companies (in the congress agency only sponsor of the event) that becomes the core business of the agency that Daniela founds and which she still owns. The sponsors participating in the conferences, in fact, have both an exhibition collaboration (the stand) and a scientific collaboration (the symposium or the meeting or a lecture within the congress). Daniela has the opportunity to deal with all corporate organizational services at 360 degrees and discovers that this - among all the types of organization she has done in her life - is the one she likes best and that gives her the greatest satisfaction. Daniela’s agency, in fact, organizes all types of corporate events in Italy and abroad, from the fair to the incentive trip, from the open house to the meeting for agents or customers, from the family day to the gala dinner, etc. etc.
