Daniel K Kennedy was born in Sunderland on 19th Feb 1988, and was raised in a small town called Penshaw. Daniel attended Barnwell Primary School for all of his primary education, then moved on to Biddick Comprehensive. After leaving secondary education Daniel struggled with his then "Secret" sexuality status until he met a wide range of fantastic people from different background and cultures that made him no longer care about what people thought. After suffering with depression most of his teenage life and now early adulthood, Daniel took to writing short story's of gay happy couples. After a few of his friends had read his work they suggested that he learned about the fiction writing industry professionally. Two years later Daniel graduated from the Open University with a Diploma in Fictional writing. After suffering a nervous breakdown early in 2011, Daniel decided to write a small Autobiography as a way of finally expressing to the world how he felt inside. The book was published in 2011 and is only available privately. Today working as a Senior Care Assistant in a Care Home, Daniel has decided to start writing again. Only this time, the finished book will be available worldwide as Daniel K Kennedy's first published novel. News 2012: Daniel K, Kennedy was interviewed by the Sunderland Echo Newspaper for his latest book The Chronicles of Koradai and Gay Rights. News 2018: New novel A Vampires Gift released, on Kindle and paperback after a five year break. News 2020: The third book in the Koradai series has finished and will be published soon.
