Christopher Gehrz

Chris Gehrz is the author of The Pietist Option: Hope for the Renewal of Christianity (InterVarsity Press, 2017). Chris is professor of history at Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he teaches courses on European, international, and military history and helps direct the Christianity and Western Culture program. His previous books include The Pietist Impulse in Christianity (Pickwick, 2011) and The Pietist Vision of Christian Higher Education: Forming Whole and Holy Persons (IVP Academic, 2015).
