Chip Morgan has been a decorated police officer, criminal investigator and polygraph examiner for over 35 years. He has been a law enforcement trainer, guest lecturer and keynote speaker at law enforcement training academies, in-service training seminars and institutions of higher education for more than 30 years. Chip has trained law enforcement, military, security, probation and parole, corrections, prosecutors, judges and defense attorneys at locations throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada and the Middle East, in such topics as Interview and Interrogation, Elicitation, Statement Analysis, Behavioral Veracity Assessment, Polygraph and Interdiction Techniques. His text Focused Interviewing has been used by State, Local and Federal law enforcement training academies and is updated as techniques continue to be refined. His latest book, Sidecar Healer, is a work of fiction which combines Chip's two major interests; investigation and motorcycles. It's a light, fun read!
