Monica Chinyere Echefu Adeleke was born in Okwelle Imo State, Nigeria.. She grew up in Lagos city, now lives in Inland Empire, California. She obtained a BA in Education and proceeded to study for the MA of education in the university of Lagos, however that certification is yet to be obtained. She obtained a Masters degree in Divinity and a Doctorate in Ministry from the Next Dimension University, Ontario California. She worked as a classroom teacher for a number of years at St. Leo's Catholic Private school, Ikeja, Lagos and a substitute teacher at the Bonita School District, California. Today she works as an FC associate at Amazon Services LLC while she strongly pursues her writing career. Chinyere is a multi-genre author and to date published, "The Tragedy of Desire" (a fiction) and "The Indubitable Battle" (a non-fiction). Her first trial in movie production "The Bitter Pill" is in the making (One of her short stories). Chinyere has had it though with marriage; married twice, divorced once and separated once but not crushed.
