Caytlyn Brooke is an author who loves to write about the darker side of fantasy and explore the imaginary worlds we used to escape to when we were younger. She attended the University at Albany where she took a Fairytale course that infected her with a love of magic and make-believe. Her dreams are her inspiration for all of her novels and she would love to find a hidden world inside her closet. Caytlyn lives in Elmira, NY where camouflage is the latest fashion trend with her husband Daniel, her children Jack and Joanna, and her orange tabby cat Ana, who is only slightly overweight. She is an avid movie watcher, especially the ones that make her laugh, and believes that everyone should wear polka dots. Dark Flowers is her first novel.
