Carolyn Cowan is a highly-experienced psychotherapist and a senior breathwork and yoga teacher and teacher trainer with 30 years of experience. Carolyn specialises in pre and postnatal issues, trauma, and addiction in all its forms. As well as training breathwork and yoga teachers and running regular workshops, Carolyn teaches a weekly breathwork class and two further online classes that combine breathwork with yoga. She runs a private therapy practice online and in London. 

In 2019 Carolyn founded and launched a new form of yoga, Kundalini Global, which offers a foundational 220 hour teacher training, alongside further, in depth, specialist trainings including her Radically Inclusive Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training. 

She took this step in answer to the rapidly growing and profound need for yoga and breathwork to become more inclusive and serve a wider demographic. In 2019, she was named among the top 16 yoga teachers in London.
