C.P. Aiden

Pen name - accountant by day and writer by nights and weekends! I have 14 years of corporate accounting experience, with eight of those years in public accounting at "Big4" accounting firms and six years at large corporations. I am extremely interested in people interactions and finding common themes that span across cultures. I grew up primarily in the United States, with some time overseas. I lived in Central America and Europe for several years in elementary and middle-school. As a young adult, I spent two years in Southeast Asia as a missionary for my church. The experiences living overseas in a variety of cultures taught me that there are more commonalities than differences among people, regardless of race, background, religious beliefs, etc. We are much more alike than we are taught to believe. People function differently under stress. This often leads to absurd versions of "normal" within groups or entire organizations. Some people go to big events - concerts, sporting events, parades, seminars, etc. - to "people watch". I simply show up to work and find the "people watching" to be just as entertaining. I am happily married and have a son in grade-school. I hope you enjoy reading my books as much as I enjoy writing them!
