Dr. Burl Randolph, Jr., DM, is described in various ways: author, editor, speaker; scholar, practitioner, leader; Soldier, warrior, and patriot. His favorite description though is Master Storyteller. Dr. Burl retired in 2014 as a US Army Colonel and took his nearly 32 years of military leadership and management experiences, including three combat tours in Iraq, and applied his expertise to his Business Leadership and Management Consulting company, MyWingman, LLC. At MyWingman, LLC, Dr. Burl "Helps Leaders Design Legacies That Last" (c) 2015 through leadership and management coaching, organizational planning, corporate training and speaking, government contracting, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) training, and writing, editing, publishing and promoting services referred to as Legacy Expression.
