Her debut novel, "Love's Journey Home," was released in 2013 with two others of the trilogy following in 2015. Her latest novel, "RUNAWAY", was published in 2019. It received the Gold Award through Literary Titan in Dec. 2019. Her stories have been compared to authors such as Laura Ingalls Wilder, Janette Oke, and Jan Keron. She has also published six other nonfiction books. Simonson's award-winning short stories have been published in nine anthologies, including Chicken Soup for the Soul and Sweet Tea for the Soul. Writing has been a love of C.A. Simonson since childhood. Since her first written piece published at age 17, she was hooked.
