He does not take the credit for the revelation that came to him to write this novel. He opened his eyes at exactly 4:20 in the morning on Tuesday, February 12th – and had the idea to take 30 + years of his personal experiences and throw it on the shoulders of a fictional 24 year-old girl. What is intriguing about this book is that when you read it, you would never ever realize that a man is the author.
It is the story about a young girl raised in a middle class family in Northern California. After narrowly escaping a near fatal shooting at high school, she decides to leave her home town at the early age of 17 and moves to Del Mar to live with her Aunt. Once setting foot on the beaches of San Diego, she quickly adapts to its kicked back lifestyle. The 8 - hour mainstream job market was not easily available to someone so young with no experience; so, as she was thinking about other ways to support herself while having a good time, a chance opportunity presented itself when she was introduced to a young exotic dancer. After experiencing the dancer lifestyle for a few years, her cousin unexpectedly arrives in town and inadvertently
leads her into the secret and enticing world of the female escort. This is the story of her trials and tribulations into this sub-culture that has been slowly surfacing into the forefront of mainstream thinking.
