A dedicated life long writer of screenplays and books, I always feel proud and humble to share my many stories with the world. I hope everyone enjoys reading them as much as I enjoy writing them. I currently live by the Jersey Shore with my many crazy roommates: my beautiful wife, my 6 insanely amazing children, my 3 crazy dogs, 2 creepy cats and 1 moody fish. Born in Brooklyn, NY, my journey has spanned the entire United States (at least in distance). I was born on the east coast but my family moved to the west coast when my Uncle, Neil Scott Bogart, successfully ran Casablanca Records and launched such amazing acts as KISS, Donna Summer and Village People. I grew up in the shadows of Hollywood, CA and eventually made my first feature film in 2007 entitled "2 Hitmen." I transplanted my family to the east coast the same year so I could raise my children close to my own roots. My first book, a biography, "Going Platinum: KISS, Donna Summer and How Neil Bogart Built Casablanca Records" was released in November of 2014 released by Lyons Press. My award winning fictional story "Jacob" arrived in January of 2015 as Volume 1 of my "Extraordinary Character Collection." Since then, I have written numerous books and worked on a variety of screenwriting projects. Currently, I am proud to release the first of The Adventures of Jack Cannon: Kid Detective series launching early summer 2019. The series chronicles a tremendous group of misfit middle school aged characters. These underdogs are fun to watch as they navigate the pitfalls of solving adventurous cases while dealing with the turmoil of growing up. There will be numerous Jack Cannon adventures released over the next few years. I look forward to continuing to share my many exciting and amazing stories. Happy reading world!
