I currently work in Australia’s criminal justice system. Before that I was trolley boy, a barman, an office manager and a teacher. I live in Queensland with my wife, two daughters and far too many pets. A lifelong reader and pulp fan it was natural that I would turn to writing. My book Serial Vigilantes of Paperback Fiction: An Encyclopaedia from Able Team to Z-Comm (McFarland, 2009) was the first book to examine vigilante fiction of the 70s and 80s. I have also written the continuing adventure of classic heroes such as Senorita Scorpion and Remo Williams The Destroyer as well as creating my own original characters.
