Born in Tullahoma Tennessee in my great, great grandfather's home. He passed in 1959 and he was well over 100 years of age. My mother and him would go and watch the planes take off and land at the air base near his home. My mother tells me that she went there while pregnant with me and that I always managed to get a kick out of this activity , as she did too. I have always thought that this contributed to my love for airplanes and flying. This activity of flying has enhanced many adventures. A captain in the Civil air Patrol for over27 years allowed me to share my educational gifts. My love of nature and my unique perspective reflect in my paintings. With a B.A. In art I have painted hundreds of paintings . I have written many short stories and hundreds of poems as well.One of my favorite photos of a cloud was talen by the BD3 Studio, we use it a lot. I use it in our football fantasy league logo and short clips.The poetry created is from over 50 years of writing poetry and over 67 years of a most extraordinary life.
