Tiffany Yu is a Taiwanese American award-winning entrepreneur, disability advocate, and content creator. She is the founder and CEO of Diversability, a social enterprise to elevate disability pride. A former investment banker who began her career at Goldman Sachs, Bloomberg, and REVOLT, Tiffany has become a leading voice at the intersection of disability, business, and culture. She serves on the FIFA World Cup 2026 Accessibility Advisory Board and NIH National Advisory Board on Medical Rehabilitation Research, was named to the inaugural Forbes Accessibility 100 list, and previously co-chaired the World Economic Forum Sustainable Development Impact Summit. Her TED Talk, How to Help Employees with Disabilities Thrive, has over one million views, and her work and story have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, PBS NewsHour, The Guardian, and more. Tiffany is a graduate of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and the London School of Economics. She grew up in Bethesda, MD and lives in Los Angeles, CA.
