She is currently the Vice President of Worldwide Functions Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer at Lenovo. In this position she leads global human resource strategy for seven key functions at the world's #1 technology company and is responsible for working with the Chairman/CEO and his leadership team to ensure a culture of inclusion for Lenovo's diverse 60K+ employees around the world servicing customers in more than 160 countries.
