Astrid Baumgardner loves helping creative people to be successful! A lawyer, career coach and author of the book, Creative Success Now, she teaches creativity and career entrepreneurship at Yale University’s School of Music where she coaches musicians and arts students on career success. She is also coaches and leads trainings for musicians and arts leaders at leading conservatories, festivals and leadership programs including The Juilliard School, Norfolk Chamber Music Festival, the Sō Percussion Summer Institute, OPERA America and Ensemble Connect, the teaching artist academy at Carnegie Hall. An amateur pianist and lover of the arts, Ms. Baumgardner lives in New York City where she enjoys the diverse cultures and the lively performing arts scene.
