Anthony J. Deeney (Tony to friends and family) is happily married to his wife, Teresa, and they have a grown up daughter and son and a couple of grandchildren.
As a graduate in engineering he enjoys philosophical and scientific debates. He had the idea for his first book, 'Robots Like Blue,' while debating online in the 'grey zone.' The area where there are no definite answers. His posts were under a screen name and the site has been deleted, so readers can not now go there to 'put him right.' Sorry!
He suffers from 'early onset' Parkinson's disease, and has recently retired from his work, as a teacher of physics in a high school in Glasgow, Scotland, on medical grounds. He wrote his first book, Robots Like Blue, just before retiring.
He is currently working on two books, 'First Born,' which is a sequel to Robots Like Blue and 'Entangled Threads,' a science fiction story, based on the 'spooky' world of quantum mechanics.
