I love writing crime thrillers. I've always been fascinated by true crime and love a good puzzle. My English teacher said of me, when I was twelve, that I had an extraordinary talent for writing. At the time, I didn't have her confidence. I began my working life as a scientist (biochemist) in Oxford, during which time, I used to go out on shift as a special constable with Thames Valley Police. After this, I spent fifteen years working in criminal justice for the probation service. Writing is now my full-time career. Any support I receive from my readers is very much appreciated. I couldn't do this without you. I love doing the research for my novels and get out and about on the scene as much as I possibly can. My son loves those adventures, too. I hope you enjoy reading my stories as much as I love writing them.
