My name is Angelina Zork, and I am a humanistic psychologist, wellness counselor, and certified life coach based in California. I grew up in a small town surrounded by nature. Nowadays, we live in a fast-paced world where people often don't have the time to truly get to know each other, which can lead to superficial relationships based on appearances. Instead, we should strive to slow down and rediscover our authentic emotions, starting with the most important one: empathy. I mainly deal with dysfunctional relationships such as codependency and narcissism. Unfortunately, these are much more common than they may seem. Helping people concretely is my greatest satisfaction.
