Amanda Muckalt is a leadership adviser, speaker, and author who helps leaders and organisations navigate change with greater clarity, direction, and wise judgement. Her career began in chartered accountancy and corporate finance with KPMG, where she led multicultural teams and developed a deep interest in people, leadership, and human potential. Over the past two decades, she has worked with senior leaders and organisations across sectors, blending commercial insight with reflective leadership practice. Amanda is the creator of Dynamic Stability™, a modern leadership capacity that helps leaders meet change without losing clarity, direction, or connection to what matters most. She is the author of The Stability Effect®, a practical and thoughtful guide to leading through uncertainty and change. The book was shortlisted as a finalist in the 2025 Business Book Awards. Through keynotes, advisory work, and developmental programmes, Amanda supports evolving leaders and organisations to strengthen discernment, decision quality, and meaningful contribution in an age of acceleration.
