Alison Blackwood has many years of experience (combined) in human resource, change and operations management and organizational development working in the manufacturing, banking, energy and service industries. Alison enjoys learning and sharing her knowledge with others. From an early age she was fascinated by how things work, and this influenced her decision to pursue formal education in engineering. But her interest in change processes also resulted in her getting involved in helping organizations chart their way through change. Alison also enjoys gardening, art and music and her experiences in these areas have provided lots of inspiration and ideas for the books that she has authored.
