Alexis Liley is a teacher, a mom and a young grandmother. Alexis has been teaching for many years and her fondest memories of that time are related to times when she told stories to her little students before the afternoon nap. In the evening, her passion was to come up with new stories to put her children to sleep, full of positive and encouraging thoughts. When it was time for her to retire, she moved into a house in a small town on a lake, with her husband and her beloved four-legged friends; the dachshunds Wendy and Woody, and the rescued cat, Tata. Waiting for the arrival of his grandchildren for the winter and summer holidays, she began to write new fairytales for them. Her little ones were enthusiastic and this influenced her decision to make her dream come true: to write storybooks to make children fall asleep and at the same time help their parents and grandparents.
