Alanna Zabel is the founder of AZ I AM® Yoga & AZ I AM® Kidz. She is the author of As I Am: Where Spirituality Meets Reality, Meaningful Coincidence: Synchronistic Stories of the Soul, Knock It Off!: Imitation Isn’t Flattering, & Fast Times!. She is a Trauma-informed Yoga instructor, Sound Healer, Program Director, inventor, designer, & the creator of Detox Retreats. Alanna is also the founder of WellBnb®, leading yoga retreats around the globe, including her Goddess Retreats, Writer’s Retreats, & Seva Retreats. Voted "Best Yoga Instructor in LA" by Los Angeles Family Magazine in 2011 and one of "Hollywood's Hottest Trainers" by Shape Magazine in 2013, Alanna is passionate about teaching holistic and organic wellness.
