Dr Adebola Adisa is a family doctor, speaker, and author. She lives in the United Kingdom. Adebola has written 6 books; "The Magic of Destiny", "Kaleidoscopes", "#Beinspired", "How to Write Your Book 101", Dr Fact's Continents of the World and Dr Fact's Planets of the World ( Dr Fact is a children's book series). She promotes healthy lifestyle; health topics, poetry and other inspirational writing on her social media pages and is the face of the NHS England #helpustohelpyou campaign. Dr Adisa is the founder of Brave Hearts, a community based charity in the North East of England which promotes holistic health through sports, health talks and participation in the yearly Race for life. They also support their community through fundraising and donation of food and essential items. Adebola is also a STEM Ambassador, School Governor, and a Black Women in Healthcare(BWIH) Executive. She enjoys spending time with her family and gardening. Her life motto is #beinspired.
