How customer reviews and ratings work

Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

5.0 out of 5 stars Words are inadequate to describe this masterpiece.

This is one of the best books I have ever read. It is well written. Words are inadequate to describe this masterpiece. Dan Conger has faced several unpleasant situations and rose above them. His book reveals that you can overcome adversity and terrible things in life, but “never give up.” Because you can solve any problem that you may unfortunately have to face, knowing there is a solution to every problem gives you strength and courage to “walk through the wilderness,” to find love and happiness as described by Dan Conger so beautifully. Thank you, Dan, for sharing your life experiences and your wonderful family with all of us.

5.0 out of 5 stars A powerful story of one man's journey from fundamentalist darkness to intellectual light.

Dan Conger's riveting story of fundamentalist faith turned to doubt is equal parts tragic and triumphant. Mr. Conger is a captivating storyteller who expertly peels back the layers of his turbulent journey, making the reader feel every bit of his triumph over fundamentalism and joyful passage into parenthood. Highly recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars I was in the same cult.
Reviewed in the United States on January 26, 2022
Dan does a terrific job of describing and then analyzing how one can easily become part of a cult without knowing it. It changes one’s life forever. That being said, one thing I have learned is that this particular cult worshipped the Bible as if it were God. The Bible is not God and one need not abandon a God of unconditional love and grace due to terrible misuse and abuse of a book which, I believe, is not really meant to be taken as the infallible Word of God. Good book. Worth the read.
