I enjoyed Neuron Habits by Peter Hollins because it is helping to rewire my brain. Rewiring my brain works! Great information if you like improving yourself.

Really enjoyed this book because it helped me with ways to stop thinking such negative thoughts and carrying out bad behaviors. Rewiring your brain works, as the brain is such a powerful asset to yourself. Since the brain is the root of all behavior, it makes sense to start there in order to change the way we act and do things.
I also learned about neuroplasticity and dopamine in this book. Truly fascinating topics. A good portion of the book talks about the power of habit as well, which is always welcome in my alley. Great read in changing my life!

If you value clear, specific actionable information, expressed succinctly and intelligently - then you’ll love this book. I’ve bought other books about habits and how to change them, but the others included too much science and didn’t outline exactly how habits are written or wired into the brain or how you can most easily adopt a good habit by modifying an existing one. A super easy and affective way to upgrade your life!! If I could afford to, I’d buy a thousand copies and give them to everyone I meet!!
bought this book to gain an understanding of habits and how they form particularly from a personal/leadership point of view and found it really useful. It gave a good level of theory based information but also a raft of practical 'takeaways' so you knew how you could apply the information. well worth a read.

This book successfully boils down the findings of other works. The benefits of this book are that there author has done the leg work already. Providing simple rules and the reasons they work, all in one place. Now to actually put them into practice!
I can recommend this book to anyone who is seeking to change their habits. In the last two weeks, I saw a tremendous change in my daily life. I am more active, my eating habit changed (yes I still finished a bag of chips, but the difference is I know why I did it, and I am more aware of the reasons) and I am more focused when I work. If you are looking to change your habits and don't know how to do it, I would advise anyone to read this book. It has practical tips that you could implement instantly into your life.
