I set 5 stars because I fully satisfied with the book. Author doesn't try to explain everything related to business communication, and this is good. He solving single question: how to write email, and do it extremely good. Definitely I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to improve you email crafting skills. I would also suggest to look at bibliography, there a lot of interesting articles and book too. Book contains very concise information, and unfolds in to big fractal of information.
