Isalyn Featherstone is an independent woman with dreams of her own and cannot abide being shadowed by guards and escorts. She comes and goes as she pleases and refuses to follow the directions of her father. When she meets the knight that saved her from an accident, she has mixed feelings.
As the two come to know one another, the sparks begine to fly. Tor finally is seeing a woman as a woman, for the first time in 17 years. She is beautiful and full of spirit and she an amazing woman in his eyes.
isalyn sees Tor as a good man. He has rescued her many times and he hears her. He gives her the attention that she has craved her entire life.
I loved this story. The characters are simply perfect for each other.
As always, Le Veque brings action, drama, humor and romance together to create an amazing tale. This one is no exception. Fantastic book!
