Loved Emma and Noah! I’ve been waiting for Noah’s book and it did not disappoint! Emma is sassy, says it like it is and takes no prisoners, she’s smart and has secrets locked away. Noah he’s charismatic, sexy, not easy to read and has some secrets of his own. When they met as a favor from her sister, neither expected the chemistry or spark they felt. These two are no strings, just a fun time together, but what happens when all the time they spent together shows them just how right they are for each other? Will they admit what they have is real or will they walk away from each other? This was so good, and now I’m looking forward to Alex’s book.
I have really been enjoying this series and love Noah and Emma story. The chemistry between them is instant and even though they are both not looking for a relationship but are still drawn to each other. This is was a fun, short sexy read. Ava Erickson and Jason Clarke were amazing in their narration of Emma and Noah and added so much to the story.
She nails it every time. Great book sexy strong male and female. Not OTT drama. Just what I loved. Julie keeps getting better every time. Can’t wait for Alex.
Alex and Emma thought it was all games until it felt more real than any game could ever feel. I loved their pairing. Where do you find an Alex?? 😆 This was definitely a page turner. Glad i found Julie Kriss!

Julie Kriss never disappoints. Her characters come alive on each page in all their imperfect glory. It was a heartwarming, sexy story. With each page turned, as playboy Jonah fell more deeply in love, I knew this was a book I'd read again and again.
Audio Review I love this series and Noah and Emma were terrific. Both know what they want and have no problem going after it. They say what they are thinking and have no plans to settle down but rather to just enjoy life to the fullest. That is until they meet and the sparks fly and both of them are left wondering what just happened. These two are tied together with Emma's sister Samantha and Noah's partner Aiden and they would rather these two not find out about their hookups but they are finally forced to face the truth which is they mean more to one another than just a casual fling and when they finally let their guards down they both get what the really want.
This book is hot and sweet and you will fall in love with Noah. There is so much to him and Emma too. She is more than just a foul talking business woman. She has secrets and things she has kept bottled up and Noah is the one she can be her true self with. Great story, great characters and loved it.
Jason Clarke and Ava Erickson are awesome as Noah and Emma. Jason's voice is perfect for Noah, sexy, broody, and just makes you melt. Ava brings all of Emma's character out. Her tough take no crap business woman and also her sexy vulnerable, need to be loved side. They were great to listen to.

I'm loving this series; I just wish they were all out at once. Noah, the partner in Los Angeles, is known as the easy going, more play than work type of guy. Not exactly accurate, but that's all I'll say for now. Emma, CEO of her executive assistant recruiting company, is a consumate workaholic. Her main focus is growing her company. After a couple of mishaps with her staff, Emma takes a trip to California to meet with a potential client. While there, she meets Noah, who on the request of his partner and Emma's brother-in-law, takes her out to dinner. There's immediate chemistry between Noah and Emma, and since neither is looking for a relationship, they enjoy a physical no-strings affair while she's in town. Well, we all know where this is going, so I won't spoil how they get to their HEA. I will say there's lots of heat and ordering around.
Yeah, I'm going to have to listen to this one again. Jason Clarke and Ava Erickson beautifully narrate this story. Growly Jason is a favorite of mine, and he obliges in this one.
This series is my first time w/Julie Kriss, but will definitely not be my last.
That's it, there's just no point reading anything for a while. Not after indulging in the smexiness that is Noah and Emma. I'm just going to wallow in my book hangover for a while and bask in the afterglow of reading Dirty Talk.
There is simply no way I can put into words how much I loved this story. It caught me up in it's threads from the very first chapter and wrapped me in a cocoon of love, warmth, heartache and longing. Julie Kriss is an absolutely amazing author, better than many traditionally published ones, one who always carves her own path, ignoring the predictable and boring tropes too often found in less persuasive romance novels. The plot is unique, engaging and unpredictable, the protagonists were both strong, independent but emotionally battered individuals, a couple who were absolutely perfect for one another. There is no silly or unnecessary angst, though there were many bittersweet, dysfunctional moments to enjoy alongside the scorching hot chemistry.
The only time I experienced any kind of disappointment with this book was when I realised I'd nearly finished it! Quite simply put, I just cannot get enough of Noah and Emma, I loved every single thing about them. I hugely recommend this wonderful, contemporary romance.
"You need it often, and you need it good. I can tell."
Emma has spent the last 10 years focused on growing her business. She has dedicated all her energy getting to where she is; but the cracks are starting to appear. With her reputation at stake, she has no time for a distraction like Noah Person.
Based in New York, it isn’t unusual for Noah to find himself in LA on business. It is here that Emma and Noah hook up for a meal suggested by joint acquaintances. What is supposed to be a get together neither a particularly eager to attend; the sparks are instant and unwelcome.
Yet in an interesting turn of events, both Noah and Emma have a lot in common. Both are players with little time for attachments. But when they come to head to head, there may be no winners in this contest…
Dirty Talk was low drama and a very sexy battle of wills. Two characters with very little ties, who enjoy living freely, or so they thought. I thoroughly enjoyed Emma, who was comfortable in her own skin and embraced who she was. And as for Noah, ooh I love a player brought to his knees in the most delicious kind of way!
