I love the positive portrayal of Black characters in Atlanta. The use of real locations is an additional plus.
I started this reading journey intrigued and I was initially alarmed by Blerd’s outer-worldly ability to get out of his predicaments. I thought oh boy did the author employ the deus ex machina too soon, but, I was wrong. I read on and was rewarded with an adventure I am keen to continue in further stories....
5.0 out of 5 starsThe book deals with the spiritual world in a very modern way!

I read the book over holiday. I liked the fact that characters were multi-faceted and very diverse. Numerous roles for women, etc. I also liked the diversity in the 'super powers'. There is mind reading and physical powers as well. Stories were short enough to read on the train or while waiting for appt., etc. Yolanda Johnson, Atlanta, GA.
