This is a great quick read. The nine step guide is to the point and full of valuable information and tools to assist anyone looking to getting into fitness or improve their health. Specifically, the 9 step guide has helped me create better HABITS. I have been involved in fitness and the outdoors for a long time but I do have bad habits I have tended to ignore. This great read has helped motivate me and has given me new tools to not only break those habits but slowly replace them with a more productive/healthy habit. I highly recommend this e-book!

A very good, practical, down to earth book on your health. Chris's book helps breakdown the health into 9 easy steps and the worksheets help with visualizing your goals and tracking progress. A great read for those needing guidance to start their fitness journey or the advanced fitness enthusiast and everyone in between.

A quick to read guide. I was able to focus my attention on the 9 suggested steps. This guide started me on my wellness journey. It gave me the direction I needed without overwhelming me with too much information. Chris gave me just the encouragement I needed to remind me to take care of me!
I have always been impressed with Chris's dedication to health and fitness. And finally he has a book to share. Great read and highly recommend the book to anyone looking to get into shape or develop a new habit to a healthy lifestyle.
