How customer reviews and ratings work

Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we donโ€™t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful meld of subject matter and method of delivery

Audible is the ideal medium for a book like this. You can listen with ease while doing laundry, jogging, making lunch, or driving to work. The research on dog intelligence and emotions is fascinating, and the author demonstrates her love of dogs as well as her energetic enthusiasm for scientific experimentation in every chapter. This is a wonderful mix: the subject of dogs and the audio delivery work so well together.

2.0 out of 5 stars Too simplistic
Reviewed in the United States ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ on December 30, 2020
Author started with things most dog owners know and made it worse with numerous examples of what dog owners already know. We skipped into hour three hoping it would get into advanced knowledge but it never delivered scientific research into canine behavior. Maybe this would be good for a student wanting to do report about dogs, but cannot recommend to anyone that has one.

Reviewed in the United States ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ on October 2, 2020
After ten minutes of a simplistic introduction comparing apples and oranges (no kidding), it did not get much better. I gave up. I already knew from living with a dog what the two first "lectures" explained. Waste of time.
