Excellent book. Kelly zeroes in on the critical priorities for successful businesses in today's economy. He stresses the importance of culture, mission focus, planning/strategy, hiring the best people and creating clear expectations and role descriptions for all employees.
The large number of Baby Boomers retiring and the increased reliance on technology and automation has created a shortage in trained, qualified workers. Many employers struggle to find employees that will show up everyday and care about the work they are doing. Add to that the amount of distraction from smart phones, social media and you understand the challenges facing employers today.
Kelly's book provides some very useful tools to achieving excellence in the workplace.

I am a great fan of Matthew Kelly and his Dream Manager concept. Culture Solution takes a different angle and is addressed to anyone and everyone in the culture. I am retired and my daughter took the book before I could get very far into it. She said i can read it when I visit her! I am retired so i guess I’ll be reading it in snippets!
Simple to understand, we just don’t do it! American business do not train people for the manager role. And therefore, do they know or even care about this “Dynamic Culture”? Probably not. They will focus on the number, they why they got promoted I. The first place. See the problem here? So if your a manager read this book.
Absolutely fabulous business book! Gives specific solutions for how everyone in an organization can create change within it. We are already implementing most of the techniques Kelly outlined and are noticing great success!
