This book is truly therapeutic! Reading it and following the strategies would be healing for anyone seeking assistance for difficulties such as anxiety/depression, relationship concerns, addictions, and more. It’s organized, well-written, professionally edited and inspiring. The author has an engaging writing style, that's witty and deep at the same time. I also really appreciate how it touches a bit on spirituality . This book has no doubt helped countless people and many more to come. The self-disclosure is remarkable ~ offering the wisdom which originates from her own experiences. I’ll definitely be recommending this to others!

50 Ways to Worry Less Now* by Gigi Langer is a wonderful book to be read again and again. It is ine that I will refer to often. This book doesn't just teach you to worry less it guides you to finding your authentic self and being true to it. This book is filled with gems from both the scientific and spiritual worlds. Being that I tend to be a worrier, I found this book very useful. I enjoyed the practices and ideas to help us worry less and be our best selves. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants less stress and worry in their lives.

Gigi does a great job of combining spirituality, practical tips and clear directions on how to change your mindset from negative to positive to ultimately, feeling a sense of well-being--IF, you're willing to do some work. This is a great book for those who intend to follow through on what she suggests. I loved all the serendipity that is peppered throughout the text. She offers anecdotes and stories to exemplify her points. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to live with a more peaceful mind & who thinks their life would be better with a lot less worry!!

The deep inner work, the reflection, as well as great researching compiled the essential wisdom that is found in this book. It is like the author took all the best pieces of strategies, teachings, and self-help therapies out there and honed it all down with her story and others in a beautiful way that guides the reader to the light! Awesome job Ms. Langer.

Gigi Langer presents a very personal, honest, knowledgeable, and helpful approach to dealing with ourselves as life happens, both in the past and in the present. She really provides a step by step guide to release those negative tapes that can haunt us and replace them with positive ones and give us tools to live a healthier life in body, mind and spirit. The workbook along with this book is an extremely helpful asset. Such an excellent read!
I would highly recommend this book for anyone who worries a lot and has a tendency to control people and situations around them. I think the two go hand in hand. I was one of these people for many years. This book was recommended to me by a health care professional and it was the best "medicine" I could have been prescribed. The author, Gigi, has lived this life. She writes from experience and is honest. It is very relatable. At the end of each chapter she has short exercises that she recommends doing. I found these helpful. It cemented the context of what she had written in that particular chapter. I am rereading it. It is not a book to be left on the shelf.

Excellent mental health handbook. Well written, well organized, and with enough of the author's personal experience to know it's real, keep it entertaining, and make for a very enjoyable read. Highly recommend.
