I went to work tired for two weeks, as I stayed up reading these books way to late each night, simply because I couldn’t put them down. My only disappointment was that as I was reading the last book, I thought I was on the fourth book. The books were so well written, they blurred together. The disappointing part was knowing I was almost finished! If you like suspense, these are a must read. Minor gore, medium language at times, but never a good stopping point! On the edge of your seat the entire ride!

these are some the absolutely most sadistic books I have ever read...I LOVED every one of them...my favorite genre of psychological thrillers has discovered a new favorite author for me...it pushed the boundaries of violence and sadism that others seem wary of doing...the graphic description of every vile scene will make the hair on the back of your neck stand up...brilliant writing with well thought out characters and the numerous twists and turns from page to page and book to book...they will keep you turning the pages until you are done...I sincerely hope that there is a spin-off from the last book...there is way too much potential that would be wasted in the remaining characters...if you are a fan of this genre...you absolutely can not miss out on this series...

What a read! The series is very graphic and not for the faint of heart or those scared of the dark.😮 The storyline is incredible and the ending to the series blew me away! I thought I had it figured out and was totally shocked at the twists and turns. Jeff Menapance is an excellent author and you will not get bored seeing the story unfold over 5 books. Recommended!
