This review covers all "episodes," start to finish, as one book because that's what it is.
First, the misleading cover and vague description make this book seem like it will be a romantic comedy. It's absolutely not. While there are a few funny lines here and there (thankfully), this is an angst-filled melodrama more likely to make you get angry or cry. I liked the book, but I didn't like getting tricked into reading it.
Second, the whole damn thing is written in third person present tense. That's never a good idea. I got used to it only after several hundred page turns.
Third, episodes? Are you kidding me? It's one book. Publish it as such. That it was released in pieces is yet another scam by authors and pubs looking to make more money. I got the first bundle for free and paid for the second. I wouldn't have paid for both.
Now, I did like this book because it was well-written overall, had some awesome lines, the characters were all distinct and flawed, even minor characters were fleshed out, and it didn't get boring... Except for the inability of the guys to realize and accept their relationship and falling in love. That got tedious to the point I could only read for about an hour at a time. Still, for a book centered around one long Big Misunderstanding, it worked pretty well. I don't regret reading it and I'd recommend it for the depth of character achieved because that was impressive.
