As I think that many recipes are good, the habit of using fat free stuff is appalling. Fat free diet got me in trouble in the first place. Though author recommends whole fat foods in moderation, using processed free fat foods will hike your wrong carbs just by default. When industry removes natural fat from whole products like milk and milk products, they use substitutes that are more detrimental to your body than naturally present food components. Add heavy processing and you have the recipe for future disaster.
Recipes I will use, but points and fat free stuff is no go.
