I really enjoyed this book. I loved the worldbuilding, and especially the trials of the main character and how he changed and grew over the story. I appreciated that the subtle romance subplot was clean. I was surprised, though, that a book marketed as "clean" had so much violence/gore in it. I was fine, but I wouldn't let my preteens read it. Personally, though, I loved it. I have always enjoyed werewolf books but it's hard to find ones without explicit content. This was a win.

The author has created an amazing cast of characters, and enough twists to have kept reading right through at one sitting. I reccommend this book to everyone who enjoys werewolf stories with a young hero you're bound to want to see succeed.

I think is a good book, this series is in a new, and believeable world. I really love the books from Cheree Alsop, they take you in. I really think interesting Zev's story. If you love a story with a lot of action, developing characters, a well written werewolf story, you will like it, and you will want to read the next book.

I usually really like the worlds Cheree creates. She had been writing more stories lately that combine different monsters one world. It's almost like Cheree-werewolf version of the TV show Grimm ( which I also love). I've really been into urban fantasy lately, this book got the spot. I love being inspired to see mundane things as actually extraordinary
