I'm happy I had the pleasure of reading this book. I've always been interested in learning about the Keto diet. I believe I'm better prepared to embark on this journey. This book was able to breakdown information in easy to read format. Each chapter was interesting, learning how the body utilizes and breaks down carbohydrates and other nutrients was useful. In addition, the book provided examples on how to incorporate keto diet based on your lifestyle which I think was useful as life changes and we should be able adapt as needed. Lastly, with the shopping list and meal examples this is a good book for people on all levels.

I wanted to do more research on the Keto Diet, which lead me to this book. The information given in this short book (61 pages) breaks down everything you need to know to get started. The chapters are categorized well and although the content is substantial the author does a great job not overwhelming you. The provided 21 day plan is simple. None of the meals are overly complicated to find the ingredients for or make. Although, there aren’t any recipes included, you’ll need to do some online searching or go to Pinterest for this. That was the biggest downfall because I like to have everything together when I start cooking. There also wasn’t a breakdown of costs for how your new lifestyle change may affect your wallet. I was pleased with the mentioning of intermittent fasting and exercising while eating a Keto Diet. I would recommend this book if you want a basic, quick outline and you need things to be spelled out clearly for you to get going. A cookbook would be a great add on to accompany the whole plan.
This book is by far all the information you need on your keto journey. From beginning to end each chapter opened my eyes to just what is involved in eating right. It explains the eating lifestyle , provides detailed information on intermittent fasting, what to buy in the grocery store, what foods to avoid -and answers just about every question I have. I would recommend , actually I have recommended the book to friends and family that are starting their own keto journey!
There are some wonderful recipes, and a lot of really helpful information. The author really helps explain the keto diet for people who are just starting out. I love the variety of the recipes as well.

Everything you want to know about how to start this Keto journey is here, yes there a lot of books out there you can get but this is easy to read and very explanatory. Its a must and i would not hesitate. LOVE IT
I was asked to have a look at this new book. Was sent a PDF sample. Liked what I read so, I bought it. It is a well researched, comprehensive study on the Keto lifestyle. It includes the why; how; nutritional explanations along with meal plans and ideas. Highly recommended!
