The author is clearly not an accomplished cook. There are all kinds of cooking mistakes in the book. Clearly she did a poor job of copying these recipes and then trying to re-write them in her own words to avoid being caught plagiarizing recipes. For example she gives a salmon dish for four people. She says to do it with one fillet. Assuming it is a large enough fillet to feed 4 people it needs to be sliced into individual portions before cooking. It is way to tender after being cooked to be siced. In another recipe she talks about making lasagna. She says to cook a pound of lasagna noodles. U only cook half the box not the whole box. She then suggest stacking 3 layers of noodle instead of the traditional 4 layers. This is just representative of all the cooking errors in this book. It also proves that there was no editing by an editor who is skilled at cooking. While there are pics there are pics they are way too tiny.
