this book was very imformative, yet and straight to the point. it explains ketosis so well that you understand why you should control protein and why you should up your fats and how cycling benefits bodybuilders, but traditional works for those who dont exercise on a regular. it takes you through meal planning and how the foods you eat breaks down in your body and what all of that means on the diet. this was an awesome and i recommend for anyone considering the keto diet.
