Well read and good contains guidebook. I love this Mediterranean diet eBook. This guide for beginners. If you are a newbie so you can take it and learn more. The Mediterranean diet is not technically a usual diet – it’s a long tradition of nutrition and lifestyle habits of some cultures near the Mediterranean Sea. The Mediterranean diet is quite possibly most established eating routine on the planet, with three thousand years of history. I want to thanks for the creator. Great job via Author.
Great cover, but that's it. If you want color photos of the food - not happening in this book - UGH. I prefer seeing color images of how the food will turn out. They motivate me to try recipes and show me HOW the recipe should look when completed. Not worth the $ to me. I will make a few of these recipes as I do keep those ingredients in hand. Will try.
The paperback version is very colorful and bright, the binding is of good quality. The glossy pages are pleasant to turn and the font is easy readable.

This book was useless for what it was advertised for. I read it in ten minutes and learned nothing. Cheap construction also... don't waste your money on this one.
3.5 rounded up. Okay book as far as "diet" breakdown and easy recipes. Didn't like the shape, I guess you could say...? Reminds me of a magazine while I was anticipating a book shape/style. Also, black and white pictures and a couple typos. Content good, but the only thing aesthetically pleasing is the cover.

Pasta with peas appeared to be a good combination of perfectly fit the Mediterranean diet pasta and protein and energy charged peas.

Excessively basic anyway it gives us an extraordinary comprehension. This book makes me significantly make a couple of data examination successfully. Nice one...
Not one recipe of any interest. Verging on ridiculous i.e. Page 49 Pasta with Prawns & Tomato.... cook pasta, cook prawns & tomato. Stir together. REALLY?!?!? Book was black and white & of very inferior photocopy not colour as front cover implies. Waste of money. Really poor.
This book is so basic it explains how to put filling in between 2 slices of bread for one recipe and has a dessert for which you put orange slices in a bowl and add yoghurt on top. Reminds me of recipes used in infant school!
