The author has hit on very important aspects of your mental well-being. As he explains, stress and worrying, are two leading symptoms of "mind disease", and at certain times in our lives, we all fall into these categories. Anger and hurt are the effects that one experiences, the author explains how to cure yourself very clearly. Again, as explained in his previous book, 'Procrastination' one must want to change. That willpower is the key to everything we do in life. There is a section on compassion, that lack of it can lead you down a dark hole. Which explains why there are so many crimes, that the people who commit them have no compassion for their victims.
In this book, you will regain your focus and concentration, manage your anger and hurt, and be able to deal with your stress and send your worries to the wayside.
He has given you steps and scenarios on to help you regain your mental health, self-confidence, and how to free yourself from attachments.
The author explains the stages to practicing mindfulness. How to observe your feelings, emotions, and thoughts, to get the courage to detach yourself from the things of the past that cause you stress and anger.
I could go on and on about all the pluses of this book, on how it can restore the mental worries and stress of one's life. Read this book so you can reap the benefits of it.
There were a few mistakes in this book, such as leaving out the listings of the authors' previous books, blank pages, and one misspelled word on page 19, "you" should be "your".

Mindfulness: Navigate Daily Life Using the New Science of Health and Happiness, is a great eBook. This book touches on so many subjects, from mental health, self confidence, and attachments. Stress and worrying are big leaders of mind disease, which most of us go through, at some point of our lives. This eBook gives up tips on how not turn negative thoughts into positive actions. I learned that it's important to refocus your energy will help you with your emotional and physical health. This eBook touched on attachments and letting them go, which resonates with me the most. It's very important not to hold on to attachments, it can affect you in so many different areas. I highly recommend Mindfulness: Navigate Daily Life Using the New Science of Health and Happiness. They're were several grammatical errors and it's quite repetitive, but overall it's a great eBook. #mindfulness
I loved this eBook. Not bad! The author George Pain is very talented!! (There were a few details that could be worked on though: a few misspellings or typographical errors, a few word usage errors and I think it was two pages wouldn't download). Other than the aforementioned, it was a powerful and enlightening book. The ideas and concepts were great, interesting and intriguing. I plan to work on myself some and put these practices to work in my own personal life. I personally have difficulty coping with stress, and am in addiction recovery, and suffer from mental disorders. This book helped me, I believe and I will continue utilizing the tips, tools, and ideation myself. Overall, a very awesome book! Subtract the few little mistakes and it's a 5 star book. Thank you Abishek Kumar & George Pain! Keep at it! https://www.amazon.com/review/edit-review/ref=cm_cr_arp_mb_vote_edit?ie=UTF8&asin=B075QJFWMC&reviewID=R1SGR0YCMQ3AWA#

I have read this book and I love the concept and points that it touches on. I was going threw a difficult time with losing a family member when I started reading the book and it helped me to deal with the mixed emotions of anger, sadness and hurt that I am going threw. The book is an awesome read however it is written as though it is an essay than more of a book and that is why I only gave it three stars.

3.0 out of 5 starsgood introduction to mindfulness
Reviewed in the United States on September 29, 2017
This is a good introduction to mindfulness and includes some mindfulness exercises. However, it is not capable of justifying a $4.99 book price when it is a length more like that of a research report. For this reason I have to go with 3 stars.
