The sixth story in the Bad Boy Alpha series will read well as a stand-alone but even better with the other stories in this series. It will have key people from some of the previous stories, as well as, a continuing saga in the storyline. Jared is one of the bouncers at Eclipse that is owned by Garrett Green. To help drum up business on Saturday nights, Angelina convinced him to allow her and two of her friends, Talya and Remy, from dance school to perform for a small fee and drinks. For Angelina, it allows her to have free-expression and choreograph her own material.
Angelina comes from well-to-do parents, is an only child but has never had control over her life. Her mother started her in dance when she was only three years old, and now here she is, in college, and dance and ballet are still the focus of her life. Convincing Garrett to allow her and two friends to dance at Club Eclipse is the most freeing thing for her.
Jared is a big man/wolf-shifter who is one of the bouncers at Eclipse. He has feelings for Angelina but must keep them on the back burner; she is human after all. But all that is about to change after she is leaving the club and he pulls out on his motorcycle, and they collide.
“She totally out of my league. Fresh-faced and passionate, she’s a dance major from the University. She couldn’t be more clean-cut and innocent. Meanwhile, I’m motorcycles and tattoos. And a shifter.”
The story will take a new spin when Angelina and Jared have the accident; she will see him regenerate and lift and carry his motorcycle. Rules are, she needs to be wiped by a leech (vampire), but when it is to happen, he stops it. Now he must make a choice, claim her as his mate, or she has to be wiped. Can he buy more time for them?
“There’s a place for warriors. If we were in medieval times, you’d be the most revered of all men. The deliverer of justice, protector of honor.”
Garrett gives them two weeks, that is when it will be a full moon, but Jared must stay with her and make sure she doesn’t talk. These two have a great chemistry and when they get together is it fireworks and passion. The story has several scenes full of angst, sexual tension, spankings, and explicit sex scenes. But how can they fit in each other’s world? Her family will never accept him, and what about his pack?
“Wow, we really are Romeo and Juliet. My parents and his pack are keeping us apart.”
Jared is the first person to listen to her dreams and ideas for the future. It isn’t teaching ballet; it is choreographing a unique show. How far will Jared go to make her dream a reality? What will it take for her family to see beyond the motorcycle and tattoos to the man inside, the man she is in love with? Will Jared claim and mark Angelina as his mate or give her up and let her mind be wiped?
“Your dream. Your vision. Your brilliance.”
