Wow. This is a great book for anybody in automotive management or considering taking the leap into automotive management. This book focuses on the basic fundamentals, which a lot of car dealerships overlook, that are required to build a successful dealership -- a dealership that sells 1,000 cars/month. I had the honor of meeting Mr. Martinez recently this past year at Grant Cardone's 10x Growth Conference. Not only is he a gifted writer, but he is actually putting the work in daily, and his writing is a reflection of what he is doing NOW versus being somebody that has "been in the business." Great sales principles. Great leadership principles in this book. As one of my favorite football defensive coaches for at the University of Alabama, Coach "Brother" Bill Oliver, used to say, "If you focus on the little things, the big things will happen." This book does just that!
