I really enjoyed the first part of the book but when it went into all the explicit details about them having sex there was to much. Somethings should be left to the imagination. Sorry I want be reading the other books.

What a good story! For me there is something warm and cozy in a cowboy romance. Caleb is ahead of the Stone family and ranch and has 2 little girls. His marriage had ended in the past and he is now looking for a nanny to help with them. Tamara is hired as the nanny and there begins a relationship as boss and employee that the line begins to gets fuzzy as they try not to give into the feelings they have. The scenes with the little girls are sweet as Tamara builds a relationship with them. I like Tamara's character as she is strong, not afraid to speak up for what she wants for herself or those around her. She is nurturing and caring about everyone in the family including Caleb's three brothers. This is a feel good story and has a HEA ending but there is issues along the way. All the secondary characters are well developed and interesting. I see more stories in this series will be coming and look forward to reading them as well. First time reading this author and enjoyed her style of writing. Highly recommend this book.

Highly predictable . Not a strong story . If you like romance books without any twists or plots then this is up your alley . There is a connection between the main two charectors and it just builds the entire time . The story goes no where . I am used to reading more complicated books where you kind of earn the pleasure of finishing the book. I only finished this book because I did pay for it and also because it was that easy. I also would have been fine with a little less cussing and less sex scenes - it was a bit over kill .

I lived this book. We've met Tamara before. She's part of the Whiskey Colemans. She a nurse who loses her job and certification because of something she did years ago. It came to a head when a doctor she dated a couple of times didnt like being turned down. So he reported Tamara. After she loses her job, she's desperate for an escape. She kniws she can't stay at her family's ranch. Her cousin's new wife offers her the chance to get away. She sets Tamara up with a job as a nanny to her nieces. Caleb loves his girls. His situation with his ex was less than ideal. More like a living hell. The family is left scared from all she has done. When Caleb meets Tamara, he is taken by her and her with him. But he has two little girls to protect, not to mention his heart. You'll have to read the book to see how it plays out. My only problem with this book is that there were multiple instances of incorrect words being used and even an incorrect name. I must say I was surprised. I've read enough of Vivian Arend's books to know that this isn't the norm.
5.0 out of 5 starsThe perfect start to the NEW Heart Falls Series!

Caleb Stone has his hands full … being a father, brother, and the head of his family while running the Silver Stone ranch. He needs a nanny for his girls, and hires Tamara Coleman for the job based on his sister's recommendation. The only problem is that Caleb can't stop thinking or dreaming about her. Tamara lost her nursing job and is starting over as a nanny. She's feisty, loving, unpredictable, and has to fight the temptation of Caleb. He's her boss, and mixing business with pleasure is a big no-no. :-D
Caleb and Tamara's story will have you laughing from the start. It pulls at your heart, and may cause some tears while you read their love story.
Vivian Arend is on my one-click author list, and she never disappoints. I was sorry when the Six Pack Ranch Series ended, but A Rancher's Heart is the perfect start to the NEW Heart Falls Series. I can't wait for Walker Stone's book … A Rancher's Song coming in 2018. I volunteered to review an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
5.0 out of 5 starsNew nanny makes cowboy think about love again!

Caleb Stone is father and mother to his two young daughters, a cowboy and the head of his large family after a tragedy claimed the lives of their parents ten years ago. He is trying to keep their ranch afloat along with trying to be there for his daughters. His sister convinces him that he needs to hire a live-in nanny at his Silver Stone homestead in Heart Falls, Alberta. But the woman he hires will be a challenge to him of temptation and desires.
Tamara Coleman has no regrets about the choices she made that led to her losing her job. So when her friend recommends her for a nanny position she looks at it as a new fresh start. But her new boss (sexy, gruff Caleb) will push all her buttons. She also enjoys pushing his buttons. When the sparks fly between them is she willing to risk her new job and will Caleb risk his heart?

I’ve read the main characters of the Six-Pack books but not the entire series. I was interested in Caleb after reading Jesse’s story and was surprised that Tamara would be his love interest. The book was good especially Emma...she grabbed my heart and I couldn’t wait to read their HEA. VA did a good job with the end...I couldn’t help but get a little misty from Emma final request from Tamara. I’m curious about the other brothers but noticed no book for Dustin. I know he was young in this book but what about fast forward a decade. I guess I will read the next in the series on Walker, for sure with Luke.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this book in Vivian Arends new series!! I have read her other series with the 6 Pack Ranch. Here we get a look into Tamara Coleman who was in the previous series as a side character and a family member. She is about to start a new career in a new town and its nothing near what she is used to doing. Tamara needs a change and this couldn’t come at a better time. Caleb Stone is the one running Silver Stone and he’s in need of some help with his girls since his sisters have left. This book was amazing, and I loved reading about this new family and the bonds between them. These characters were well rounded and the plot keeps you intrigued until the very end and leaves you wanting more!

It was with great pleasure to receive an ARC of this book from the author, as I am a great fan of The Rocky Mountain House Series. This is a spin off with Tamara Coleman goes to Heart Falls to be Caleb Stone’s nanny. We met the Stone family in Jessie and Dare’s book. Tamara has a heart of gold, but is very outspoken just what Caleb and his daughters Sasha and Emma need. This new series has a similar feel to it as RMH. Always family first, and we get to know the Stone brothers. Tamara makes friends easily so we meet some of the characters from Heart Falls. This was the first in a series so we had background to family and the ranch. It was beautiful to watch Caleb learning to love again. Tamara was gone on Caleb from the first meeting, but fought the attraction because of confusing the little girls. Caleb benefited with Tamara unfettered truths and her outspokenness.
Absolutely loved this book and the characters. The plot was brilliant with lots of steam and laughter. It was great that they didn't immediately fall into bed and there was a lot more to it. With his two amazing little girls.
