3.0 out of 5 starsMy favorite

This book is probably my favorite of the authors books in the Nocturne Falls Universe series. I also liked Jakes story as well. My biggest issue with this book is the side plot with Erika being a fairy godmother. I felt like we got no real resolution with that situation. The daughter saying not to hurt her father because he is her dad was enough to make the guy not evil any more. What happened with them after. Why do we not get any resolution when it was the only thing going on after Erika left her home.
I found this book enjoyable and I liked that the characters that we know and love were brought into the story. I didn’t find it confusing at all, as some other reviewers have said. I’m not going to repeat here what others have said about the book..... I just want to leave my rating and mention that I found this book a very pleasurable read at the end of the day.
5.0 out of 5 starsFairy and a Dragon... I'm hooked!

No traditional pairing but the author brings it beautifully. Love their interaction, how Erika adapted and grew in her independence. Marshall is an adorable dragon and so far not too dominating as every other dragon. Love Erika's pet, now I want a hedgehog lol. I really enjoy it, I definitely recommend.
She does a much better job integrating into Nocturne Falls with this than she does with her vampire stories; unlike those, I totally see this happening in Nocturne Falls. However, while the romance is sweet, the plot and the supporting characters fall flat.
Erika's parents are planning an arranged marriage between her and Dika. She runs to Nocturne Falls. A falling tree almost falls on her Marshall a dragon shifter saves her. Erika and Marshall are instantly attracted to each other. Family trouble, adventure, intrigue and love.
Lovely addition to the Nocturne Falls Universe. A fairy godmother and a secret agent dragon, not a combination that it would first think of , but works beautifully. Good sub story with the young witch and wizard, what about about more from them?
