This was a pretty good book. Great H and h. I didn’t give it a 5 star because I just felt like it was missing something. Like maybe they weren’t fleshed out. Maybe if Addie and Hayden didn’t have their page time or the book was longer. Bad guy really wasn’t part of the story. Even though he’s mentioned a few times and the one incident.
I felt like the book contradicted itself. At one point he says he wasn’t into her when he first meet her. That it came later. At another time he said he was and knew he’d be in trouble when she was hired on.
Another time he says she wasn’t his type because she was shaped like a boy.
Then another time he says she is every man’s fantasy. Ummmm most men do not fantasize about a woman that is shaped like a boy. One place he says something about her wearing unattractive business clothes that didn’t attract him and later he said the work clothes she was wearing which was a pin skirt and a blouse that exposed one shoulder showed too much. It’s little things, I know, but I don’t get it.
It was still a good book.
